A temporary housing camp for internally displaced persons is a large-scale social project implemented by XMODULE in 2021.

The complex consists of 102 modules with a total area of 2,000 m² and is designed to accommodate up to 150 people.

The project was delivered on a turnkey basis — including design, manufacturing, installation, utility connections, and commissioning.

The camp was designed for rapid deployment of residential infrastructure in emergency conditions.

The modules are manufactured using TransPack technology, allowing them to be folded to a height of 800 mm, enabling efficient transportation (up to 8 modules per shipment). The frame is made of structural steel S355, assembled with bolted connections, and treated with laser cleaning and anti-corrosion primer. Wooden elements are protected with fire- and bio-protective coating.

External walls are made of PIR-insulated sandwich panels, providing high thermal performance, moisture resistance, and self-extinguishing properties. Each module is equipped with a fire alarm system, ventilation, power supply, water supply, and drainage systems.

The facility includes sanitary units, showers, laundry modules, kitchen areas, and technical units with storage tanks. All spaces are equipped with furniture, plumbing, appliances, lighting, and air conditioning capability.

Modular construction is a systematic approach that ensures комфорт and safe living conditions. The camp can be dismantled, relocated, and reassembled at a new location.
