A modular fuel and lubricants storage facility is a quick-mounted structure based on a container, designed for the receipt, safe storage, and dispensing of petroleum products, oils, and technical fluids. The warehouse can be quickly dismantled, relocated, and deployed at a new site, which is critical for field operations.
The main challenge of the project was to create a specialized and safe space for storing fuel and lubricants. In accordance with the requirements of the customer, the National Guard of Ukraine, the X MODULE team developed a modular building with a heavy-duty all-welded metal frame. To ensure maximum fire resistance, the walls are made of sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation.

One of the unique engineering solutions was the drainage system made of 110 mm PVC pipes, concealed inside the frame. To ensure fast loading and unloading, the module is equipped with an entrance roller shutter and a removable ramp. Particular attention was paid to environmental safety: a 100-liter metal sump with a protective grate is built into the floor, which is covered with a layer of aluminum. This system guarantees the collection of POL waste and prevents soil contamination. Another feature of the design is a transformer that converts 220V to 12V.

The module's interior space is highly optimized for personnel operations and inventory storage. It includes a metal locker for clothing, a laboratory table for measurements or documentation, as well as shelving and a closed container for material storage. To comply with sanitary standards, a sink with a water tank is installed, and for fire safety, sandboxes and fire extinguishers are provided.

The client received a fully turnkey module that meets all DSTU (State Standards of Ukraine) requirements and the specific needs of the defense sector. Thanks to the quick-assembly format, the project was completed within a tight timeframe. The facility provides convenient POL storage and a high level of fire safety, which is vital for facilities of this type.
