PRODUCTION
The company’s production facilities are located in Kremenchuk, Poltava region, and operate a full production cycle: design, manufacturing, assembly, and finishing.
When implementing turnkey projects, the company provides delivery and on-site installation of modular buildings.

Certification
All Xmodule modular buildings are manufactured in accordance with current Ukrainian building codes and standards.
At every stage of production, we carry out multi-level quality control, with a strong focus on safety, energy efficiency, and structural durability.
All materials — metal profiles, sandwich panels, insulation, finishing materials, and engineering systems — undergo mandatory certification and have sanitary and epidemiological compliance approvals.
Depending on the intended use, completed facilities may undergo additional certification or expert assessment — for residential, commercial, medical, or educational modules.
Each client receives a full documentation package confirming the quality and technical characteristics of the building, including a product passport and warranty obligations.
Xmodule follows international standards in every aspect — from materials to service. The company’s integrated management system complies with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, ISO 50001, EN 1090, EN ISO 383-2, confirming our professional approach and reliability as a manufacturer.
