Modular office — a specialized all-welded module developed by the XMODULE team for Ukrgasvydobuvannya. Designed to provide comfortable accommodation for operators at an industrial facility. The module is manufactured with non-standard dimensions — 10500× 2700×3100 mm — and features a gable roof in accordance with the client's technical specification. The structure is based on an all-welded steel frame clad with corrugated sheet metal and mineral wool insulation. An exterior finish of epoxy primer and polyurethane paint protects the structure against moisture and temperature fluctuations without the need for additional maintenance.

The 28.5 sq. m interior is divided into three functional zones. Two operator workrooms are fitted out for comfortable long-term use — interior finishing in laminated chipboard in a light oak finish, with CSP flooring and linoleum. A ceiling height of 2,600 mm enhances the sense of space. The bathroom is fully equipped with all necessary plumbing fixtures, while the entrance vestibule provides convenient access and thermal separation from the external environment.

The module's engineering systems ensure complete autonomy: water supply, drainage, ventilation, air conditioning, heating and power supply are all connected and ready for use. Thermal convectors and air conditioning units maintain a comfortable indoor climate regardless of season or weather conditions on site.
