A modular office based on four combined modules with a total area of 60 sq.m, designed for engineering staff and production management. The objective was to provide comfortable, autonomous, and mobile office conditions with high-quality finishing, heating, and the ability for rapid relocation.

The project was delivered within tight deadlines, with specific requirements for autonomy, heating, ventilation, and structural mobility. It was essential to ensure a productive working microclimate in an industrial environment.

The XMODULE modular office was developed to meet the needs of a manufacturing company in Kremenchuk. The client required a modern, autonomous, and mobile workspace for 10 employees—engineering staff and management.

The building consists of four modules combined into a single structure. Two equal rooms of 30 sq.m each are equipped with loft-style furniture, ventilation, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. The module can be quickly dismantled and relocated, with the option for future expansion.

This is a fully functional office facility based on XMODULE modular buildings, with a strong focus on autonomy, comfort, and energy efficiency.
