The modular office was developed by the XMODULE team for Ukrgasvydobuvannya. It is designed to serve as an administrative center with a security checkpoint on the territory of an industrial facility. Its key advantages are autonomy, rapid assembly/disassembly, and mobility.

The structure was created by combining 7 individual modules into a single administrative complex. It is based on a reinforced metal frame that ensures structural durability. The uniqueness of this engineering solution lies in its deployment speed — the facility was assembled by XMODULE specialists in just one week. Thanks to its prefabricated design, the office can be dismantled and relocated to another site just as quickly.

The interior space, covering 105 sq. m, is optimized for the comfortable work of 8 employees and is divided into several functional zones: an office area, a meeting room, a security office, a checkpoint with a turnstile, and a restroom.

Particular attention was paid to the internal equipment. The office is fully furnished with desks and chairs. The restroom features a water heater (boiler) and all necessary connections for external water supply and sewage. The facility is also equipped with a ventilation system and air conditioning, with LED lamps installed on the ceiling for lighting.
