This project is a mobile welding plant developed for LLC “Ksezo”. The primary objective was to manufacture a specialized module for high-precision rail welding in field industrial conditions.

The structure is designed as a lightweight yet reinforced fully welded module with aluminum exterior cladding. For this project, the following features were implemented:

  • a high-precision mounting position for a rotary manipulator;

  • integrated aluminum ladders;

  • technological side access doors;

  • high-quality multi-layer coating (degreasing, grinding, sealing, anti-corrosion primer, epoxy layer, polyurethane paint).

The structure is mounted on a chassis to ensure mobility and fast relocation between sites.

The module does not require engineering systems except for ventilation—large aluminum grilles provide sufficient air exchange during equipment operation.
