A two-storey fast-erected office formed from 19 modules, featuring separate external and internal staircases providing access to the second floor. The complex includes office spaces, staff rest rooms, a cloakroom, restrooms, a meeting room, and a director’s office. One of the modules functions as a full-fledged balcony.

The structure is adapted to various geographical conditions and allows for future expansion or connection of an additional generator module. All premises are equipped with ventilation, electrical systems, air conditioning, and furniture.

The complex is designed as a large-scale fast-erected office building intended to accommodate a sizable workforce. The architecture is based on combining 19 modules into a single structure with two levels and full access to the second floor — via both internal and external staircases.

One module functions as a balcony, and an observation deck is предусмотрена along the perimeter of the second floor. The layout includes an office space for 30 employees, a director’s office, a security room, a kitchen, a cloakroom, a meeting room, and a staff rest room.

All modules are insulated with PIR panels and equipped with electrical systems, ventilation, and air conditioning. The building allows for future expansion and supports connection of a separate generator module.
