The module is equipped with an electrical system, water supply, ventilation, air conditioning, and underfloor heating.

The structure is made of energy-efficient sandwich panels with PIR insulation, ensuring a stable indoor climate and low thermal load. Installation on screw piles allows the building to be set up without complex foundation preparation.
