A compact two-storey office module that can operate either as a single-level unit or in a “module-on-module” configuration. The layout includes areas for visitor reception, a meeting room, and a sanitary unit. The building is autonomous, mobile, adapted to various geographic conditions, and equipped with an external staircase providing access to the second floor. The structure enables rapid assembly and dismantling, making the module suitable for both stationary and mobile office use.

The two-storey office module is designed as a mobile solution capable of operating in two formats: a single-level office or a structure with a second level installed on top of the first. The configuration includes a reception area, a meeting room, and a sanitary unit.

The structure is adapted to various geographic conditions, while an external staircase provides safe access to the second floor. The building is insulated with PIR panels and equipped with an electrical system, ventilation, air conditioning, and underfloor heating, enabling year-round operation. The exterior coating includes epoxy and anti-corrosion primers, extending the service life of the structure.
