The facility is equipped with air conditioning, demountable shelving, and a fire alarm system. The modular structure is designed for two-storey installation, with an integrated water drainage system built into the columns.

A modular warehouse with an area of 26 sq.m is designed as a compact yet spacious storage facility with the option for vertical expansion. The main structure is a fully welded module made of sandwich panels insulated with mineral wool, providing fire resistance and a stable internal temperature.

The roof is prepared for PVC membrane installation, and a rainwater drainage system with Ø100 mm pipes is integrated into the columns. Inside, concealed electrical wiring, a fire alarm system, and an air conditioner selected according to the facility’s area are installed. The module is equipped with demountable metal shelving, allowing storage to be organized as efficiently as possible.

Thanks to a structure designed for two-storey installation, the warehouse can be expanded without full dismantling.
