The modular warehouse by XMODULE is an autonomous fully welded solution designed as a complete alternative to a shipping container. Inside, it features non-combustible insulation, storage racks, basic electrical systems, and ventilation. Externally, the structure has a durable metal корпус with an industrial-grade coating.

Thanks to the solar panel, the warehouse operates autonomously, independent of the grid, while also allowing connection to external utilities when required.

The fully welded modular warehouse was developed as a completely autonomous solution for storing personal belongings for a private client. The objective was to create a secure, non-combustible, energy-efficient container capable of operating even in locations without access to the power grid. For this purpose, a solar panel, ventilation, and a basic electrical system were integrated.

The structure is fully welded and manufactured from scratch at the XMODULE production facility. It is a full equivalent of a 20-foot shipping container, but with PIR insulation, interior finishing, and storage racks.

The warehouse is easy to transport, can be installed without a foundation, does not require special site conditions, and offers a long service life thanks to its robust metal корпус and protective coating.

The modular warehouse project was implemented in Kyiv for household and utility purposes.
