Sanitary unit — a modular restroom complex with high visitor throughput, manufactured for the OKKO fuel station network. The knock-down structure allows the unit to be installed and dismantled without lengthy preparatory work. The exterior cladding is made from sandwich panels with PIR insulation and a double-seam polymer-coated metal roof — a technical solution that prevents moisture from penetrating the structure. A protective finish of epoxy primer and polyurethane paint ensures resistance to atmospheric loads throughout the entire service life.

The 15 sq. m interior is designed to serve a large number of visitors simultaneously. The layout includes four separate toilet cubicles with ceramic fixtures, a washbasin, mirror, boiler and hand dryer. The floor is CSP board finished with ribbed aluminium sheet — a durable and practical solution for high-traffic facilities. A convector maintains a stable indoor temperature regardless of season.
