The XMODULE modular toilet is a compact quick-assembly solution for industrial and social facilities. The 7 sq.m structure includes two separate sanitary areas: a standard cabin and an inclusive restroom equipped in accordance with accessibility requirements.

The modular building is constructed using energy-efficient PIR sandwich panels resistant to moisture and significant temperature fluctuations. The structure is adapted to various geographic conditions and can operate autonomously after connection to water supply and sewage networks.

Ventilation, exterior lighting, an electrical system, and a ramp for people with limited mobility are provided. The exterior finishing is protected with polyurethane paint, ensuring long-term use without loss of operational properties.
