How it works

Rapid-assembly structures are manufactured fully or partially at production facilities and then installed on-site. Partial assembly involves the prefabrication of key elements, such as panels, which significantly reduces on-site installation time.

Modular buildings are assembled in factory conditions as ready-made blocks (modules), which are delivered to the installation site and assembled within hours or days.

There are two main types of modular construction:

• Permanent modular construction (Permanent Modular Construction) — designed for long-term use and suitable for single- and multi-story buildings.

• Relocatable buildings (Relocatable Buildings) — ready-made facilities that can be easily transported and reinstalled.
