The 30sq.m rest module is designed as a fully autonomous space featuring panoramic windows, solar panel systems, underfloor heating, and an electric fireplace. The interior layout includes a walk-in closet, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The structure is installed on a concrete foundation and adapted to diverse geographic conditions.

This module is suitable for both private use and commercial purposes, such as guesthouses, holiday retreats, or modular vacation homes.

The rest module is engineered as a comfortable, off-grid living space for leisure and accommodation. The structure consists of two prefabricated units and is anchored on a concrete base for long-term durability and stability.

Panoramic glazing opens up the space with natural light, while heated floors, an electric fireplace, and climate control systems ensure comfort throughout the year. Interior finishes include wood cladding, paneling, laminate, and OSB, creating the feel of a modern guest residence. Engineering systems cover ventilation, water supply, drainage, and electricity, with solar panels providing full energy autonomy.
