Residential building for medical staff is a rapid-deployment autonomous complex consisting of eight modules with a total area of 134 sq.m. The space is designed to ensure comfortable living and daily use for medical personnel and includes two living rooms, a kitchen, an office, a storage room, corridor areas, and a sanitary unit with showers.

The project includes inclusive access via a ramp, the integration of modules into large functional rooms, and a fully installed electrical system.

By combining the modules into functional rooms, rational use of space and a comfortable layout are achieved. The building includes a kitchen, office, storage room, shower facilities, and two living rooms for accommodation. All engineering systems are installed turnkey: electrical systems, water supply, drainage, ventilation, and air conditioning.

The exterior structure is made of energy-efficient and durable sandwich panels resistant to climatic influences. The module is equipped with the option to install solar panels, ensuring enhanced autonomy.
