The Hygiene and Disinfection Center is a complex based on five quick-assembly modules, designed for a full cycle of medical instrument processing. The total internal area of 91sq.m is divided into 16 functional zones, ensuring clear logistics for disinfection and sterilization processes. Thanks to inclusive solutions and full autonomy, the complex is a ready-to-use turnkey solution.

The core of the structure consists of a rigid polymer-coated metal frame, with walls and the roof made of sandwich panels with PIR insulation. The coating of the sandwich panels with epoxy primer and polyurethane paint ensures resistance to external impacts, while the floor is reinforced with cement-bonded particle boards. This combination of materials guarantees reliable thermal and hydro-insulation of the facility, as well as protection for sensitive medical equipment.

Internal organization includes specialized rooms for cleaning, sorting, packaging, and direct sterilization and cooling of instruments. For personnel safety and compliance with sanitary standards, an airlock system, an expedition zone, and staff quarters with changing rooms and a bathroom are provided. Each zone is designed to prevent the intersection of clean and contaminated material flows.

The facility's engineering infrastructure includes water supply, sewage, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems. A fire alarm and a sophisticated video surveillance system ensure the security of the medical complex, while its operational autonomy is supported by internal power supply systems. Internal outfitting also includes furniture and the necessary technological equipment, allowing operations to commence immediately after installation.
