Boxing tournament in Derhachi: XMODULE supports children of a frontline city

On April 24, a boxing tournament for children and youth took place in Derhachi, Kharkiv Oblast. Despite the city's proximity to the front line, the event brought together more than 50 young athletes from Kharkiv and Sumy oblasts. XMODULE sponsored the event.

The company provides ongoing support to the Bratia boxing club. For us, this is not a one-off initiative — it is part of our responsibility to the communities alongside which we work and which hold on against all odds.

Bratia was founded in 2025 by veteran Dmytro Hrinchenko, who returned to his hometown after military service and began coaching children. Today the club trains 70 young boxers aged 11 to 17. Training sessions take place in a shelter — and they do not stop.

"Children came to the tournament to show their skills. For Derhachi, this is a celebration. And we are deeply grateful to everyone who made it possible," said Dmytro Hrinchenko.

The tournament was attended by Derhachi Mayor Viacheslav Zadorenko, Zeus Sports Club Director Viktor Hylun and Deputy Director Yaroslav Zadorenko.

"The fact that events like this take place in our city is a signal: Derhachi is alive and moving forward despite the war," the mayor noted.

XMODULE CEO Oleh Popovych personally supports the club and attended the tournament.

"Derhachi is a city next to the front. The fact that children train here, step into the ring and compete — that is the resilience we want to support," he said.

More than 50 children. For each of them, this day was a celebration of sport. For us — confirmation that supporting people and places like these is worth it.
