The exterior finish of epoxy primer and polyurethane paint provides protection against moisture and temperature fluctuations. Mineral wool insulation around the entire perimeter ensures reliable thermal and waterproof protection in any season.

The 30 sq. m interior is divided into two zones with distinct functions. The first is a workshop equipped with a workbench and a shelving unit for tools and materials. The interior cladding is corrugated sheet metal and moisture-resistant plywood — practical and durable for an industrial environment. The second is a rest and dining room with a changing area. It includes everything needed: a dining table, bench, stools, wardrobe, refrigerator and microwave. The finishing is polymer-coated metal with linoleum flooring. LED lighting is installed in both zones.

Engineering systems ensure full autonomy and energy efficiency: ventilation, air conditioning, heating and electrical supply — all utilities are connected and ready for use.
